Role Description
This is an internship, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Management Intern. The Management Intern will assist in daily business operations, including analyzing market trends, assisting with sales and business development efforts, conducting research to support decision-making, and participating in internal and external meetings. The role also involves preparing reports, managing data, supporting project management tasks, and collaborating across teams to execute business strategies and achieve organizational goals.
On successfully Completion & satisfactory result candidate may be recruited full time.
Compensation: 15-20,000/Month
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis and strategy development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team collaboration abilities
- 2 wheeler & Laptop is must
- Familiarity with business operations, project management, and data reporting
- Proficiency in basic office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Motivation to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced work environment
- A relevant degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Prior internship or teamwork experience is a plus
