Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management Intern role located in Hyderabad. The Management Intern will assist in end-to-end event planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management. They will support the creative team with brainstorming event themes and contributing to event design ideas. The intern will also help in tracking project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing excellent administrative and operational support.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to assist in event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to support event theme development and design
- Proficiency with basic office tools and software (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience or education in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
- A passion for events and a proactive, can-do attitude
