ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a desk job. This is for someone who wants to hustle, sell, connect, and build — someone who sees this internship as the launchpad for their own entrepreneurial journey.
You'll be out in the field, hosting experience drives, closing conversations with customers, planning campaigns, and learning how businesses actually win in competitive markets. If you've ever thought about starting something of your own, this internship gives you the raw, unfiltered education no MBA can.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, doesn't wait to be told, and wants to see the direct impact of their work — not someone counting hours.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Marketing & Business Development
• Identify, approach, and convert prospective customers through direct outreach and follow-up
• Manage the end-to-end customer interaction cycle — from first contact to deal closure
• Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline and track progress against targets
• Develop pitches, proposals, and client presentations
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
• Be the face of the brand for walk-in customers and scheduled visitors
• Coordinate and host test/experience drives — ensuring every touchpoint is exceptional
• Collect feedback, handle concerns, and turn first-time visitors into loyal advocates
• Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Marketing & Brand Building
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and email
• Create compelling content — reels, posts, stories — that speaks to the target audience
• Assist in organizing on-ground events, test drive days, and launch activations
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on what the data says
Experience Centre Management
• Oversee daily operations of the experience centre — presentation, flow, and ambiance
• Coordinate visitor schedules, experience drive logistics, and follow-up sequences
• Ensure every guest leaves with a lasting positive impression of the brand
HR & Admin Support (Light)
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment logistics as needed
• Support basic documentation and day-to-day administrative tasks

Shadow the sales & marketing team. Learn the product, the customer, and the pitch inside out. Engage & Convert

Run campaigns end-to-end. Close deals, manage events, and mentor new interns joining after you. Lead & Launch
Deliver a business impact project. Earn a PPO or a recommendation strong enough to launch your own venture.
