Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Automation Executive for our automobile dealership operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and data systems to support Sales, Service, Spare Parts, CRM, Accounts, and Management decision-making.
The role requires strong knowledge of Excel automation, data analysis, reporting tools, and dealership business processes.
Key Responsibilities:MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for:
- Vehicle Sales
- Workshop & Service Operations
- Spare Parts
- CRM & Customer Follow-up
- Finance & Collections
- Generate performance dashboards for management review.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Automation & Data Management
- Automate repetitive reports using:
- Advanced Excel
- Power Query
- Macros / VBA
- Google Sheets Automation
- BI Tools (Power BI preferred)
- Integrate and consolidate data from DMS/ERP systems.
- Develop automated trackers and analytical sheets for dealership operations.
- Maintain centralized data records and backups.
Analysis & Monitoring
- Analyze operational KPIs and identify business trends.
- Monitor targets vs achievements for Sales and Service teams.
- Provide data insights to improve productivity and profitability.
- Support management in forecasting and decision-making.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Accounts, and HR departments for data collection.
- Assist departmental heads in preparing presentations and business reviews.
- Provide technical support related to MIS formats and reporting systems.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query
- Excel Macros / VBA Automation
- Power BI / Google Data Studio
- Data Analysis & Dashboard Creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, Computer Applications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS or automation role
- Experience in Automobile Dealership or Automotive Industry preferred
- Knowledge of DMS/ERP software will be an added advantage
