Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the Associate Director – Sales by transforming data into actionable business insights. The role involves working across multiple data sources, including the Maruti Suzuki Dealer Management System (DMS) and internal platforms, to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate data from:
• Maruti Suzuki DMS
• Internal systems and proprietary data sources
• Excel-based trackers and reports
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales performance
• Analyze key metrics such as:
• Retail vs Wholesale performance
• Conversion ratios
• Enquiry to booking trends
• Model-wise and outlet-wise performance
• Generate actionable insights for the Associate Director – Sales
• Identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities in sales processes
• Support forecasting and target tracking exercises
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Automate and improve reporting formats wherever possible

Desired Profile

• Graduate (Diploma/Degree preferred in any discipline)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of automobile dealership operations is an advantage
• Prior exposure to DMS systems is preferred (not mandatory)
