Marketing MIS & Budget Manager

Role Purpose
To manage and monitor marketing MIS, budgeting, campaign spend tracking, vendor commercials, and analytical reporting for multiple real estate projects. The role will support leadership with data-driven insights, budget governance, performance analysis, and timely reporting to ensure effective utilization of marketing spends and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing MIS & Reporting
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Marketing MIS reports across projects.
* Track campaign-wise leads, conversions, CPL, site visits, bookings, and sales funnel data.
* Develop dashboards and analytical reports for management review.
* Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, CRM teams, sales teams, and project marketing teams for accurate data consolidation.
* Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to management.
* Generate comparative analysis on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and ROI.
Budget Planning & Monitoring
* Prepare annual and quarterly marketing budgets project-wise and function-wise.
* Monitor actual spends vs approved budgets and highlight variances.
* Track committed costs, PO status, vendor billing, and payment schedules.
* Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for budget utilization and approvals.
* Maintain records of ATL, BTL, Digital, Branding, Events, Channel Partner activities, and site branding expenses.
* Support management in optimizing marketing spends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Vendor & Commercial Coordination
* Maintain vendor database, rate comparisons, work orders, and commercial trackers.
* Validate agency invoices against approved plans and deliverables.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and documentation.
Data Analytics & Process Improvement
* Analyze marketing data trends and provide actionable insights.
* Improve reporting automation and MIS efficiency using Excel, Power BI, or CRM tools.
* Standardize reporting formats and improve data accuracy mechanisms.

Desired Candidate Profile
* Graduate in Commerce, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
* MBA preferred.
* 6–8 years of relevant experience in Marketing MIS, budgeting, or commercial coordination within the real estate sector.
* Strong understanding of real estate marketing operations and campaign management.
* Excellent command over MS Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
* Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing dashboards.
* Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-project environment.
