Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze organizational data. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data management, reporting, and database handling. Experience with CRM software is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. ● Maintain and update company databases accurately. ● Generate reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management. ● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. ● Coordinate with different departments to collect and organize data. ● Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies. ● Assist in process improvement by automating reports wherever possible. ● Maintain confidential records and ensure data security. Required Skills ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Basic Formulas). ● Good analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ● Excellent communication and coordination skills. ● Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines. ● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. ● 0–2 years of experience in MIS, data management, or reporting. CRM Knowledge Candidates will be asked whether they have prior experience using Zoho CRM during the interview process. ● If you already have experience with Zoho CRM, it will be considered an advantage. ● If you do not have prior experience, comprehensive training will be provided, so you can confidently use the platform in your role. Salary Slab Salary For Fresher: Rs. 12000 - Rs. 15000/Month Salary For Experienced: Rs. 15000 - Rs. 18000/Month The Salary will be based on experience.
