Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Systems & MIS Coordinator for our Faridabad facility. This is a hands-on role that requires ownership of internal systems, data, and basic IT infrastructure.
The role is suited for someone who is comfortable working closely with operations teams, can take decisions within defined scope, and is capable of solving problems across software, data, and on-ground systems. The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for system-related issues and will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning and continuous improvement of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
MIS and Data Management
- Maintain and optimise MIS systems across departments
- Generate and analyse reports for operations, finance, and management
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data
- Identify gaps and improve reporting structures
ERP and Software Coordination
- Manage day-to-day functioning of internal systems including operations software, accounting software, and HRMS
- Support ERP implementation initiatives (including SAP or equivalent)
- Ensure correct data flow and mapping across systems
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Infrastructure and IT Coordination
- Oversee company devices including mobiles, laptops, and desktops and create other IT related protocols and policies on group level.
- Manage WiFi, CCTV, and basic network infrastructure
- Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and issue resolution
- Track and optimise IT-related costs
Automation and Process Improvement
- Build, maintain and transfer dashboards, reports, and tracking tools
- Automate repetitive workflows such as reports and notifications
- Improve system usage across teams and reduce manual dependencies
Execution and Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
- Ensure end-to-end resolution of issues
- Assist in implementing systems and processes with guidance from management
Operations Support (Optional)
- Track operational performance data and assist in identifying efficiency improvements
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in MIS, IT, systems, or operations-related roles
- Comfortable working in an on-site, operational environment
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions within defined scope
- Willingness to handle vendors, technicians, and operational challenges
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to understand how data flows across business functions
Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of MIS, ERP, accounting, or HRMS systems
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
Good to Have
- Exposure to Busy, Tally, SAP, or HRMS platforms
- Experience with dashboards such as Power BI or Zoho Analytics
- Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripting
- Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or trading environments
Role Expectations
This is not a purely reporting or desk-based role. The position requires a balance of execution, coordination, and problem-solving across systems and operations. The candidate should be comfortable working hands-on while also contributing to process improvements.
