Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MIS Manager with a strong background in real estate data management, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing systems that provide actionable insights to support sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports for management across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
- Design and implement data dashboards and performance trackers (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Analyze sales performance, lead conversion, and project ROI; provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM, ERP, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate business data.
- Create forecasting and trend analysis reports to assist in business decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and provide early warnings for performance deviations.
- Present reports and analytics to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Supervise data entry and ensure standardized reporting formats.
- Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation of data-driven insights.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with leadership teams.
- Knowledge of financial and sales metrics in the real estate domain.
