Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance metrics, and contributing to the seamless flow of logistics processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational data, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes, optimizing workflows, and continuously seeking improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role demands strong coordination capabilities to work both with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve roadblocks promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate operational data, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management processes, including e-commerce delivery, reverse logistics, and warehousing.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and drive technological innovations for operations improvement.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used in logistics and data management.
• Experience in identifying operational improvement opportunities and implementing strategic plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Previous work experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous.
