Job Title: MIS Executive

Working Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)
Working Days: 5 Days
Shift Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data processing, reporting, and analytics for our digital lending operations. The role involves handling loan-related data, generating reports, and delivering insights to support business decisions and improve performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and automation tools, along with a basic understanding of digital lending processes.
Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, process, and maintain loan origination and repayment data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on loan performance, disbursements, and collections.
- Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across systems such as LMS, CRM, and Core Banking.
2. Automation & Dashboard Development:
- Create and maintain MIS dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Automate reporting tasks using Excel Macros (VBA).
- Develop interactive reports and visualizations for better decision-making.
3. Loan Performance & Risk Analysis:
- Monitor loan disbursal trends, delinquencies, NPAs, and repayment patterns.
- Analyze borrower behavior to identify risks and potential fraud patterns.
- Collaborate with Risk and Collections teams to provide actionable insights.
4. Coordination with Teams:
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Credit, and Risk teams for data-driven decisions.
- Support senior management with insights for strategic planning.
- Assist during audits and compliance reviews by ensuring proper data documentation.
5. Process Optimization:
- Identify gaps in digital lending workflows and recommend improvements.
- Implement automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline reporting.
- Ensure timely data updates and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query)
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization
Analytical Skills:
- Strong data interpretation and analytical mindset
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and risk indicators
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–1 year of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a similar role (preferably in fintech, digital lending, NBFC, or banking)
- Certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence (preferred)
