Marketing Operations MIS:
• Maintain and update marketing MIS trackers for team data, roles, salaries,
increments, and incentives
• Track monthly marketing expenses including ad spends, tools, vendors,
freelancers, and agency payouts
• Track marketing inflows including program-wise revenue, collections, and
expected realizations
• Maintain budget vs actual reports for marketing spends, inflows, and team
costs
• Build and maintain dashboards for expenses, inflows, budgets, CAC, and
team MIS using BI tools
• Ensure timely updates of all trackers in Google Sheets, or internal MIS tools
• Validate data accuracy and flag mismatches, delays, or deviations
Expense, Inflow Projection & Finance Coordination:
• Project monthly and quarterly marketing expense outflows based on
planned campaigns and team costs
• Coordinate with Accounts team to reconcile projected vs actual expenses
and inflows
• Track actual spends, collections, and adjustments shared by Accounts
• Highlight variances between projected and actual numbers with clear
explanations
• Track invoice submissions, debit notes, and coordinate with accounts for
timely processing
CAC & Marketing Efficiency Tracking:
• Track Cost per Acquisition (CAC) at overall, program-wise, and
campaign-wise levels
• Maintain running CAC for active programs and ongoing campaigns
• Track CAC trends over time and flag cost escalations or inefficiencies
• Build CAC dashboards linked to spends, leads, enrollments, and revenue
• Share CAC insights with marketing leadership for budget and campaign
decisions
Team Performance & Compliance Tracking:
• Track individual and team-level performance metrics as defined by
leadership
• Create dashboards to monitor team performance, CAC ownership, and
compliance status
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, reporting timelines, and
documentation standards
• Highlight delays, non-compliance, or data gaps proactively
Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for marketing
leadership
• Create standardized report formats and dashboard views for expenses,
inflows, CAC, salaries, performance, and compliance
• Maintain clear documentation of data definitions, formulas, CAC logic, and
reporting processes
• Support audits, reviews, and leadership data requests with accurate data
and visual insights
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in MIS, operations, finance ops,
or data tracking roles
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience building dashboards and projections using BI tools preferred
• Experience handling expenses, inflows, CAC, or operational data
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
Preferred Certifications:
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets Certification
• Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau Certification preferred
• MIS, Operations, Finance, or Business Analytics certifications optional

Tools & Systems Exposure:
• Google Sheets and Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables,
VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
• Dashboard Tools: Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, Power BI,
or similar BI tools
• Understanding of marketing funnels, programs, and performance metrics
• Email, internal communication tools, and shared drives
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Data Accuracy: 99%+ accuracy across all MIS trackers,
projections, and dashboards
• CAC Tracking Accuracy: Correct and timely CAC reporting for
each program and campaign
• Reporting Timeliness: All reports and dashboards shared within
defined timelines
• Compliance Tracking: Zero missed updates for expenses,
inflows, and approvals
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from marketing and
accounts teams
• Process Adherence: Consistent adherence to defined MIS,
CAC tracking, and reporting processes
