Position : Senior MIS Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, reporting, dashboard management, and data analysis, along with the ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making through accurate reporting and data management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain dashboards for business tracking and performance analysis
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Generate reports using Advanced Excel functions, formulas, pivots, lookups, and data tools
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments for reporting requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and business updates
- Monitor data quality and streamline reporting processes for operational efficiency
- Support management with business presentations and performance summaries
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Experience in MIS Reporting and Dashboard Handling
- Good understanding of Data Analysis and Data Management
- Ability to work with large datasets and reporting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in business reporting and analytics within the EdTech industry will be preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and process-oriented professional
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- *Additional certifications in Excel, Data Analytics, or MIS reporting will be an added advantage
