Job Summary
The MIS Executive at Hope Technologies will play a critical role in managing business data, channel operations, and reporting systems that support sales, distribution, and customer engagement. The role will ensure accurate data management, effective reporting, and streamlined information flow across internal teams and channel partners. The position will work closely with sales, technical, finance, and leadership teams to support decision-making, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
MIS & Data Management
- Design, implement, and maintain MIS systems aligned with Hope Technologies’ business operations.
- Develop structured reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of all business and sales data.
- Standardize reporting formats across departments including sales, marketing, and support.
- Maintain documentation for MIS workflows, processes, and data systems.
Channel Network & Distributor Management (SketchUp India)
- Manage and maintain MIS records for channel partners/ resellers across India.
- Track partner performance, pipeline, orders, renewals, and revenue trends.
- Monitor compliance of channel partners with Hope Technologies’ policies and guidelines.
- Support sales leadership with data insights related to partner performance and market coverage.
DR Approval & Case Management
- Review and approve Distributor Requests (DRs) in alignment with company policies.
- Oversee case creation, tracking, escalation, and case locking processes within internal systems.
- Ensure timely closure of cases related to licensing, renewals, support, or partner requests.
- Coordinate with sales, technical support, and finance teams to resolve case-related issues efficiently.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Finance teams to align MIS processes.
- Provide periodic performance reports on business, partner network, and revenue trends.
- Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve channel effectiveness.
- Train relevant team members on MIS tools and reporting practices when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with MIS tools, ERP, or BI platforms
- Good understanding of data management and reporting frameworks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distributor environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 0–4 years of experience in MIS, analytics, or business reporting
- Prior experience working with channel partners or distributors preferred
