We’re Hiring: MIS Executive – US IT Recruitment Operations
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our US IT Recruitment Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment data, generating reports, and ensuring high data accuracy across ATS and Excel systems.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage candidate databases in ATS/CRM tools
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring pipeline
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
- Generate recruitment performance reports for recruiters and teams
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems
- Update client, vendor, and candidate records regularly
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making
- Support reporting requirements for leadership and operations teams
📊 Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting)
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
🌟 Preferred:
- Experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment industry
- Exposure to recruitment reporting and performance tracking
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
