About the Role
We are looking for an MIS Executive / Data Analyst to support data reporting, analysis, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Power BI and MS Excel and be comfortable working with data to create accurate reports and insightful dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards.
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights.
- Use MS Excel for data management, reporting, analysis, and automation.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate data.
- Prepare timely reports for management and business stakeholders.
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates based in Gurugram or willing to work near the Gurugram location will be preferred.
