Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Information System (MIS) Engineer based in Chennai. The MIS Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems to support decision-making and operational processes. Daily tasks include managing databases, administering networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective integration of MIS solutions across organizational departments. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and create efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) concepts
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving system-related challenges
- Experience in Network Administration and managing IT infrastructure
- Hands-on expertise in working with Databases and optimizing data storage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
