Job Title: MIS Coordinator (Home Loan Operations)

Job Summary:
The MIS (Management Information System) Coordinator is responsible for Preparation MIS Reports for Loan Operations team, managing, analysing, and reporting data related to home loan operations, Sanction & Disbursements, Productivity, Payment TAT, health. The role ensures accurate reporting, supports decision-making, and maintains data integrity across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for:
o Sanctions & Disbursements TAT
o Productivity Analysis
o NEFT TAT MIS
o Other Loan Parameter TATs like PF , Insurance, etc
· Maintain Operation Team performance dashboards.
· Generate customized reports as required by management.
· Maintain database of loan files (Login to Sanctions, Sanction to Disbursements, Disbursement to Payment stages).
· Ensure data accuracy in Loan Management System (LMS).
Data Accuracy & Compliance
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all MIS reports.
· Maintain proper documentation and data backup.
· Coordinate with IT team for system updates or issue resolution.
Automation & Process Improvement
· Develop Excel dashboards, pivot reports & Vlookup Functions, and automated templates.
· Suggest process improvements for efficient reporting.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
· Knowledge of MIS reporting tools
· Basic understanding of Loan Management Systems
· Data analysis and reporting skills

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Management (preferably in Home Loan / NBFC / Banking sector)
