Role Description The Management Information System and Data Entry Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jind. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining operational and logistics data in the ERP system and related databases. Responsibilities include generating and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and supporting MIS-related documentation. The operator will assist with routine administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies, and ensure timely data availability for management decisions. The role may also include basic customer and user support related to data queries and system usage.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy, including familiarity with ERP systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities, including record-keeping, documentation, and data organization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams and responding to data-related queries.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and basic Customer Service skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy in day-to-day work.
- Ability to work on-site in Jind and collaborate in a structured office environment.
- Preferred: Previous experience in data entry, MIS, or operations support within logistics, transport, or SaaS-based environments.
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
