Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data to create daily, weekly, or monthly MIS dashboards and reports.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain existing MIS systems and software solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between IT, data warehouse teams, and stakeholders to communicate requirements.
- Data Integrity: Ensure high levels of data accuracy and security across all systems.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to reports and data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas), SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar data management role.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.
