Job Description
Management Mentor - Management will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented management education with a focus on practical application, case studies, and skill development. The role involves preparing students for corporate careers by enhancing their analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver management subjects using case studies and real-world examples.
- Conduct lectures, presentations, and interactive classroom sessions.
- Mentor students in projects, assignments, and career preparation.
- Develop students' communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Support placement readiness through mock interviews and guidance.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and presentations.
- Collaborate with faculty and academic teams.
