Role Description

Om Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Management Executive for an on-site role located in Indore. The Management Executive will oversee day-to-day business operations, develop and implement strategic plans, manage logistics and supply chain activities, and ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, analyzing operational data, enhancing workflow processes, preparing performance reports, and assisting in project management efforts to achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and organizational skills, with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process improvement, and preparing comprehensive performance reports.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with supply chain software tools and an understanding of industry regulations is a plus.
• Prior experience in managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions is highly valued.
