Role Description: This is a part-time remote opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead in the domain of Management Engine infrastructure, with a focus on EUC (End User Computing) and ServiceNow. As an Infra Lead, you need to SCREEN/ INTERVIEW CANDIDATES.
ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Management Engineer with strong exposure to Infrastructure Leadership, End-User Computing (EUC), and application support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing enterprise environments, building and optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support Infrastructure Management activities in collaboration with Infra Lead teams.
- Provide expertise in End-User Computing (EUC) including system administration, user environment management, and endpoint support.
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise applications ensuring high availability and performance.
- Design, build, and optimize workflows to improve service efficiency and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and improve service delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, EUC, or Application Support roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in Infrastructure Management and End-User Computing environments.
- Experience in workflow creation and process automation.
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform or willingness to learn and support ServiceNow modules.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
