Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Coordinator based in Gurugram. The Management Coordinator will oversee project planning, facilitate communication across teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the smooth execution of automation solutions. They will also provide support in training, manage customer service interactions, and maintain project timelines to deliver premium experiences aligned with client expectations.

Key Requirements:
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Assist in daily administrative and management tasks
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution
