📋 Position Details- Company Name: Integrex Compliance Tech Pvt. Ltd.
- Location: Sane Chowk, Chikhali, Pune
- Position: Management Consultant
- Number of Openings: 8
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Electronics / Electrical
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel as required
🛠️ Key Responsibilities- Support MSMEs in developing and implementing robust systems, procedures, work instructions, formats, and records.
- Conduct thorough Internal Audits to drive operational excellence.
- Facilitate and support Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Assist clients in successfully implementing and continuously improving quality-related systems and processes.
💡 Skills & Requirements- Education: B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Electronics / Electrical)
- Experience: 3+ years in a relevant domain.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality-related industrial activities.
- Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with MSME stakeholders to understand their unique processes.
