🎯 We're Hiring: Management Associate 📍 Kannur, Kerala | Metreo Centre Hypermarket
This isn't a regular corporate job.
Some days you'll be deep in store data. Other days you'll be standing on the floor watching how a rack is stocked or how a customer complaint is handled. If you're the kind of person who stays up wondering why a store's margin dropped — keep reading.
What you'll do: → Own the MIS across all outlets — pull data, spot patterns, flag problems early → Dig into low-margin stores and categories — find what's wrong, fix it, execute → Track sales, margins, and efficiency and turn them into clear decisions → Get on the floor — monitor rack discipline, merchandising, and service standards → Listen to customer complaints directly — resolve and feed back into operations → Visit outlets regularly — be the eyes and ears the numbers can't replace → Work with the core management team on strategic initiatives → Support B2B and bulk business development when needed
Who we're looking for: ✔ Fresh MBA / B-school graduate (0–2 years experience preferred) ✔ Street-smart and data-savvy — both, not one or the other ✔ Floor-ready with no ego — ground-level work is part of the job ✔ High ownership mindset — you finish what you start ✔ Strong communicator — with customers, staff, and leadership ✔ Willing to travel across outlets in Kannur district
