Around Always is a premium handcrafted footwear and accessories brand focused on bridal, festive, and occasion wear. We work with in-house design, embroidery and manufacturing units to create made-to-order, comfort-first footwear for bride & groom across India and globally.

Key Responsibilities
1. Finance & Accounting Operations
- Manage accounting transactions, with a particular focus on import and export entries (documentation, reconciliations, and coordination with the CA / finance partner).
- Maintain clean, audit-ready records and flag discrepancies early.
2. Revenue & Channel Expansion
- Explore and unlock new revenue streams across online and offline channels, including inter-city exhibitions, trunk shows, multi-brand stores, and curated pop-ups.
- Own the planning, logistics, and on-ground execution of offline events from start to finish.
3. Designer & Stylist Collaborations
- Identify, pitch, and secure collaborations with designers, stylists, and tastemakers for premium brand placements, capsule collections, and editorial moments.
- Manage the relationship lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, contracting basics, and post-launch reporting.
4. Fundraising Support
- Assist the founder on fundraising-related work: investor research, deck inputs, data room organisation, and follow-ups.
5. Marketing & Visibility
- Help drive marketing across the right channels (Meta Ads, influencer, PR, partnerships) to ensure consistent brand visibility with the right audience.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external partners to keep campaigns on schedule.

Qualifications
We value skills and results. Potential backgrounds:
- B.Com (H), BBA, or other similar qualification with 1–2 years of experience
- Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Prior experience in accounts or production management is preferred
Candidate intending to pursue MBA in 2027 or after will find this an ideal experience
CTC: 3–5 Lac p.a. (all inclusive)
