What we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and experience Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will play an important role as finance professional who provides critical insights into a company’s performance by preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, helping management to make strategic decisions.
About the Job and Key objectives:
1.Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Deliver timely reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
2.Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor performance against targets and highlight variances.
3.Performance Analysis
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and planned results.
- Provide insights into cost drivers, profitability, and efficiency.
4.Business Partnering
- Work closely with department heads to interpret financial data.
