Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Management Accountant for a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accruals, and overseeing accounting and finance activities. The role demands accurate financial analysis, ensuring compliance, and contributing to data-driven financial decision-making. Additional responsibilities include developing budgets, monitoring expenses, and providing regular financial reports to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and managing Accruals
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in financial data interpretation
- Thorough understanding of Finance principles and best practices
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting standards and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
- Prior experience in financial management within a technology-driven or hospitality organization preferred
