We are hiring for Plaquemine, Prairieville, and Addis locations.

Car Wash Supervisor

Pay: Up to $16/hour

Responsibilities

• Lead a fast-paced team of car wash attendants
• Coach and motivate employees to deliver top-tier service
• Ensure safety, quality control, and daily operational success
• Train new hires on procedures and customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, high-energy environment

Requirements

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay active and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Car Wash Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with positive energy and great service
• Prep and clean vehicles to PitStop standards
• Keep wash areas, vacuums, and lot clean and safe
• Work as part of a fast-moving team environment

Requirements

• High energy and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physical role
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation preferred
