Centrio Mall, Dehradun is one of the premier retail and lifestyle destinations in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. As we continue to elevate the mall experience for our patrons and retail partners, we are looking for a seasoned Mall Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Mall.
📌 Role: Mall Operations Manager | 📍 Location: Dehradun | 🕐 Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of mall operations, including housekeeping, security, parking, and facility management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all MEP systems — Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Safety.
- Coordinate with retail tenants, vendors & service partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and maintain operational standards, safety compliance & quality benchmarks.
- Plan and manage operational budgets, AMCs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a graduate in Hospitality Management from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Mall Operations.
- Candidates with existing Mall Operations experience will only be considered.
- Strong leadership, vendor management & problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of mall systems, safety regulations & facility management standards.
