Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mall Operations Head, located in Kondapur. The Mall Operations Head will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the shopping mall by coordinating with tenants, vendors, and in-house departments. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, monitoring maintenance and security, analyzing operational performance, and implementing strategies for improved efficiency. The individual will also lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer and tenant experiences, while resolving any operational issues swiftly.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations Management with strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Proven expertise in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional Communication skills for effective interactions with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to optimize operational costs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of property management or retail environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field required
- Experience in the real estate or retail industry is an advantage
