We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Mall Concierge Executive to enhance the overall visitor experience at RCube Monad Mall. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to manage our mall loyalty program while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist mall visitors with a warm and professional approach.
- Provide accurate information about stores, promotions, events, and mall facilities.
- Manage the Mall Loyalty Program, including customer registrations, membership assistance, and resolving loyalty-related queries.
- Assist customers with loyalty point redemption, offers, and benefits.
- Promote ongoing mall campaigns, events, and loyalty initiatives to increase customer engagement.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain records, prepare daily reports, and ensure accurate data entry for loyalty program activities.
- Ensure the concierge desk is well-organized and provides a premium customer experience at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, retail, or mall operations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling CRM or loyalty programs will be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in malls, hotels, retail stores, or hospitality.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with confidence and professionalism.
- Knowledge of loyalty platforms, CRM systems, or customer engagement programs.
