Job Title

Minimum Qualification

• B.Arch/ D.Arch/ Draughtsman. 

Minimum Experience

• 5+ years of work experience with real estate developers in Mohali City  

Special Skills/Attributes 

(required for performing the job effectively)

• Understanding of PUDA Building Rules and regulations/Bye laws/ procedures for all liaison work for obtaining permissions/approvals and NOC’s

• AUTO DCR, Photoshop

• The major responsibility of the role is to prepare the area calculation and develop the drawings received from Architecture team into submission drawing for approvals. 

Overall Purpose/Objective

Of the job 

Coordinate with Design Team, External Architects for preparation of Submission Drawings, Concept Drawings, FAR Calculations, and other design related work w.r.t. Applicable Building Rules etc. 

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)

• Review the design plans prepared by the external consultant and offer comments / suggestions for maximizing the built-up potential of respective projects

• Verify all drawings to ascertain whether maximum FSI/ FAR potential has been achieved, discuss the drawings with GM-Liaison and then provide all the project drawings as per different formats for obtaining the necessary approvals

• Manage regular coordination with external consultants/ design and liaison architects, internal architectural team and municipal authorities  throughout the project life-cycle to obtain all necessary approvals/ NOCs as per the project requirements

• Interact and meet with various government/ regulatory departments/ officials to discuss respective project drawings and provide clarification as requested.
