Under minimal supervision, responsible for the management of order entry, order activation, recurring billing, subscription services, supplier transactions for iWAREHOUSE solutions products- Quote to Order. Ensure all information is complete and accurate. Works closely with internal departments, Solutions and Support Centers and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage through to completion projects which drive iWarehouse implementations or improve communications & relationships
- Process and update orders as needed
- Provide recurring billing maintenance and ensure Solution & Support Centers and suppliers are invoiced in a timely manner
- Resolve billing discrepancies. Notification of released order PO information to suppliers, provide estimated ship dates and parts tracking information as part of overall project implementation
- Works with supplier and other resources to expedite orders as needed
- Update and maintain customer files with relevant order information
- Populate worksheets to update SAP subscription orders
- Email Solution & Support Centers for additional information with clear instructions
- Resolves routine and complex customer requests. Responsible for ensuring that all issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Update process documentation as necessary
- Update subscription order worksheets as necessary
- Ad hoc projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- College Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Material Handling Industry.
Special Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
