Role Description The Male Salon Professional will provide grooming and personal care services to clients, including haircuts, hairstyling, shaving, beard grooming, facials, and basic skin and hair treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming clients, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable services or products, and ensuring a clean, hygienic, and well-organized salon environment. The role involves maintaining service quality, following company standards and safety protocols, managing appointment schedules, and handling customer feedback professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring regular interaction with clients and close coordination with the salon team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in hair cutting, hairstyling, beard grooming, shaving, and basic facial and skin care treatments.
- Candidates should possess customer service and client relationship skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, respectful demeanor.
- Candidates should possess hygiene and safety awareness, including knowledge of sanitization practices, tool maintenance, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Candidates should possess time management and basic organizational skills to handle appointments, manage peak hours, and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site full-time in Lucknow and collaborate effectively with salon team members.
- Relevant training or certification in hairdressing, cosmetology, or salon services is preferred; prior experience in a salon or grooming environment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of local languages and Hindi
