Admin/Operations Officer - Airside Services (Operations & Enforcement KLIA)

Responsibilities: - Assist the Airside Operations & Enforcement team in handling and executing airport operations related tasks and events. - Ensure daily operations and enforcement functions are carried out efficiently and effectively. - Assist in the implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Airside Operations & Enforcement. - Monitor and manage airside personnel activities and performance. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on airside-related matters. - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in any field. - At least 1 year of relevant experience in the aviation industry or any related field. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a team and under pressure. - Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (class B2). - Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
