Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Malayali Academic Counsellor (Sales). The counsellor will engage with students to provide personalized academic and career guidance, addressing their educational and professional goals. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, identifying appropriate courses or programs, guiding students through the admission process, and supporting sales-oriented discussions to promote enrollment. Exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential to ensure a positive and impactful experience for students.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and relationship building
- A background in Education or experience guiding students through academic decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues to achieve results
- Fluency in Malayalam and a strong understanding of the needs of the Malayali community
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
