Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior advocates in legal research, drafting, and case preparation
- Keep up with recent legislative developments and case law
- Appear before various courts and tribunals under supervision
- Take responsibility for assigned legal matters with diligence and accuracy
- Draft petitions, replies, notices, and other legal documentation
