Experience: 3-6 Years

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong engineering mindset to join our high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and orchestrate end-to-end product development initiatives for our SaaS offerings. As a TPM, you will leverage deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to manage complex programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions. You will drive alignment across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams, fostering a high-performance culture centered on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Value Stream Governance:

Actively support and enhance value stream delivery in partnership with fellow Technical Program Managers and Program Leads. Facilitate value stream ceremonies, drive lean process improvements, and support flow efficiency initiatives to maximize throughput and customer value delivery.

  • Program Execution & Governance:

Lead the full lifecycle of technical programs from inception through deployment, including requirements definition, work breakdown, schedule and milestone planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting. Utilize Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies as appropriate.

  • Technical Program Leadership:

Apply sound understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and system integration principles to influence technical design decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable implementations. Align technical execution with product strategy and engineering best practices.

  • Metrics-Driven Management:

Own the collection, analysis, and communication of key performance indicators (e.g., cycle time, throughput, velocity, burndown, quality metrics). Maintain comprehensive project documentation including roadmaps, sprint plans, retrospectives, risk registers, and stakeholder communications in alignment with Agile delivery frameworks.

  • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as a strategic liaison among product management, software engineering, QA, DevOps, and customer success teams. Ensure a shared understanding of objectives, deliverables, and timelines across all functions. Resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and align teams toward shared goals.

  • Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis:

Proactively identify executional bottlenecks, technical blockers, and systemic risks. Drive cross-team problem-solving efforts to develop sustainable solutions and prevent recurrence. Lead post-mortems and implement action plans based on RCA findings.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Champion process optimization initiatives through retrospectives and Kaizen practices. Institutionalize feedback loops and promote adoption of Agile/Lean best practices to enhance team performance, velocity, and product quality.

Basic Qualifications

1- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline; equivalent hands-on training from coding bootcamps or technical certifications will also be considered.

2- Solid experience working with distributed microservices architectures and event-driven systems, particularly within CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or custom CRM solutions) or customer-centric service domains.

3- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in the software industry in a technical capacity (e.g., software engineering, technical project/program management, or systems analysis), with practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and modern software delivery lifecycles.

4- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, with a strong ability to dissect complex technical challenges, identify root causes, and drive resolution through structured execution plans.

5- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, and operations).

6- Demonstrated proficiency in managing concurrent projects or workstreams with a strong focus on execution, attention to detail, and milestone tracking.

7- Self-motivated, adaptive, and eager to continuously expand technical and domain expertise in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving SaaS environment.
