About the role

Your day starts by reviewing your customer pipeline and prioritising follow-ups. You'll jump into calls with interested homeowners, conducting consultations that blend technical insight with relatable advice. Between calls, you'll design system layouts on SolarEdge, checking details and optimising solutions. You'll collaborate with your sales peers and operations colleagues regularly to ensure every customer progresses smoothly towards installation. Throughout, you stay curious and updated on industry changes that can help you serve customers better Guide inbound customers through the full sales cycle with empathy and clarity, ensuring a smooth, consultative experience Provide expert, technical advice on solar energy systems, answering customer questions with confidence and accuracy Manage and nurture a pipeline of customers, maintaining regular contact to maximize conversion rates Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing customer satisfaction Use SolarEdge and other modelling tools to design accurate solar PV systems, including site layouts and component placement Keep up-to-date with the latest solar technology and industry trends to continuously improve your advice and system modelling
