Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp, and other support channels, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and a positive attitude toward sales and service.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and chats
professionally.
● Provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing offers.
● Assist customers with order placements, issues, exchanges, and queries.
● Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
● Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
● Maintain customer records and update CRM tools as required.
● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to resolve issues.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
● Work towards team and individual sales targets.
● Handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
● Collect feedback from customers and share insights for service improvement.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualities
● Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
● Energetic, positive attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
● Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
● Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability.
● Good listening skills and empathetic approach.
● Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Languages Required: Malayalam, English, Hindi ( Must be fluent in these languages)
Female candidates preferred
Qualification: Any Degree
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
