Role Description
This full-time on-site Major Account Manager role is based in Agra. The Major Account Manager will oversee strategic client relationships, develop business opportunities, and ensure the high-quality delivery of services to key nonprofit health organizations. Responsibilities include account management, relationship building with stakeholders, identifying new business prospects, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also involves analyzing market trends to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Proposal Writing
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Market Research and Analytics
- Knowledge of trends in nonprofit and healthcare sectors
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience working with NGOs or in the healthcare industry is a plus
