Chief of Staff @ Maintouch hey folks, I'm hiring a Chief of Staff for https://maintouch.com/ Maintouch is the full-stack organic marketing company for B2B. We combine AI tools + human experts to run SEO, GEO, social content, videos, case studies, and newsletters for fast growing startups. We're taking down every marketing agency out there by automating everything we can while keeping the human touch where it matters. We are growing fast (2x'd each of the last two weeks) and need someone who can scale with us. What you'll do: Manage Deliverables: manage our internal AI agents + editors to make sure we deliver high quality blogs, videos, posts, etc to customers. Founder Interviews: meet with founder customers to learn about their businesses and gather insights for creating killer content. This is very personal and requires building rapport with them. Learn and Optimize: figure out where our bottlenecks are and what we can/should automate next Customer Reporting: meet with customers to talk through marketing progress, strategy, results etc monthly. This requires you to learn on your feet about each company we work with. What we're looking for: CS grads, former founders, former VCs looking to operate High IQ, high EQ, and can get shit done Technical fluency → you don't need to be an engineer, but we have clients with very technical products across dev tools and vertical AI, so you'll need to get up to speed quickly Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change Excited about AI and its potential to transform marketing Strong communication skills (you'll be talking to customers constantly) Why this role is special: This is the PERFECT role for someone whose next thing will be starting a company.
