Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Helper in the Foundry Division, located in Coimbatore. Key responsibilities include assisting with equipment and building maintenance, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and supporting general maintenance operations within the foundry. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of machinery and facilities to maintain operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Assisting technicians in maintenance and repair of furnaces, molding machines, and other foundry equipment
Supporting routine inspections and identifying early signs of wear or faults.
Performing basic maintenance tasks like lubrication, tightening, and cleaning.
Handling general plumbing activities across the facility.
Assisting in breakdown maintenance (mechanical & electrical) to minimize downtime.
Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping in high-temperature, dust-prone environments.
Handling tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials efficiently
Following strict safety protocols and ensuring proper use of PPE.
Supporting general documentation and basic maintenance records.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience.
✔ Willing to relocate.
✔ Immediate joiners preferred.
