Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lodhika, where the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. The role requires proactive monitoring of equipment performance and ensuring timely and efficient repairs to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will also assist in maintaining a safe and functional working environment for optimal operations.
Job Description:
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance techniques to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Sound understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance with regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in manufacturing settings is an advantage.
- ITI or Diploma/Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is preferred.
