Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Worker role located in Coimbatore. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, managing power tools, inspecting and repairing carpentry and plumbing systems, and conducting regular preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities.

• Assist in breakdown maintenance activities to ensure quick restoration of equipment and minimize production downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules to maintain optimal performance of machinery and utilities.
• Maintain and update maintenance documentation, including logs, checklists, and follow-up records.
• Perform daily operational support activities, such as:
• Recording EB (electricity) meter readings.
• Monitoring and filling diesel for generator.
• Carry out routine inspection and basic checks of water systems (Water Doctor) to ensure proper functioning.
• Handle corporation water filling and monitoring activities.
• Assist in repair and maintenance of FS grinders and related equipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and routine activities as assigned by the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance.
