Hiring Now | Group Leader – Toolroom | Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Group Leader – Toolroom to join a leading manufacturing organization in the automotive sector.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Face-to-Face Interviews: Pune, India (May 16 – May 19)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise toolroom operations including tooling maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to dies and tooling using advanced diagnostic techniques
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all toolmaking processes
- Drive continuous improvement in tooling design, lifespan, and performance
- Manage resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment) for optimal productivity
- Guide and mentor toolmaker teams while ensuring adherence to production goals
🎯 Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in toolroom operations, including 1 year in a leadership role
- Mandatory: Experience with Tier 1 automotive companies
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Class A Toolroom environment
- Mandatory: Experience working with in-house Press Shop operations
- Strong expertise in dies, tooling processes, and maintenance systems
- Experience working with SAP/work order systems is an advantage
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
