Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Bengaluru. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing equipment maintenance, conducting troubleshooting activities to identify system issues, carrying out preventive maintenance, and performing various maintenance and repair tasks. Additionally, they will ensure smooth operations by addressing industrial maintenance needs and following all established safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine inspection and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance work
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Ensuring proper functioning of utilities such as lighting, AC, and lift coordination
- Coordinating with vendors for major repairs if required
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical (preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
