Role Description

This is a full-time Maintenance Technician role located on-site in Coimbatore. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and facilities by performing regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing necessary repairs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing industrial maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. The candidate will work closely with the operational team to support efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure effective operation and safety of all systems.
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance to anticipate and prevent equipment failures.
• Strong skills in Industrial Maintenance and handling specialized equipment in a commercial or manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to report and address maintenance issues efficiently.
• Diploma or certification in a relevant technical field, such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, is preferred.
• Experience working in the foodservice or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
